Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These terms of service (hereinafter "Terms") govern the use of the Sorters service (hereinafter "the Service"), an automatic document sorting application integrated with Google Drive.

2. Acceptance of terms

By signing in to the Service via your Google account, you accept these Terms without reservation, as well as our Privacy Policy.

3. Description of the Service

Sorters allows you to:

  • Connect your Google Drive account.
  • Configure sorting rules for your files.
  • Automatically analyze the content of your documents using AI.
  • Organize and move your files into the appropriate folders according to your rules.

4. Access to the Service

Access to the Service requires a Google account and an internet connection. Some features are reserved for users with a paid subscription. Pricing and features included in each plan are detailed on the Service's home page.

5. Subscriptions and payments

  • Subscriptions are managed through the LemonSqueezy platform.
  • Payments are recurring (monthly or annual) depending on the chosen plan.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access to paid features remains active until the end of the billed period.

6. User responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

  • Not use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Not attempt to circumvent the technical limitations or quotas of the Service.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your Google account.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We strive to ensure the reliability of automatic sorting, but cannot guarantee the absence of errors in file categorization. We cannot be held liable for:

  • Any incorrect file movement resulting from automated analysis.
  • Any temporary interruption of the Service.
  • Any data loss related to use of the Service.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its source code, design and content are protected by copyright. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited. Your Google Drive files remain your sole property.

9. Modification of the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of any substantial change. Continued use of the Service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the use of the Service shall be submitted to the competent courts.
